Santa Baby!
We went and saw Santa at Rolling Oaks Mall yesterday. I never thought I would be one of those parents waiting in line to get pictures with the "Jolly Fat Man". But that was us this year. Luckily, we were only about 20 people back and got the picture before Brighton squirmed away. Hayden was very excited to give Santa his list, which he is holding in his picture.
We also went to the "North Pole Village" in Canyon Lake Rec Center last night. I
t was really neat. They had a village set up, where the kids could pick out a book to take home from the "library", Hayden got his face painted by elves, at the elf workshop, they had a pet shop --with the local pet adoption --where the kids could hold the puppies, a bakery for the kids to make cookies, a hayride.... it was really fun for the kids. Definitely a stop we will make next year!!
